Performing product quality control inspection

Our QC staff ensures the high quality of our products
  • Procedures/testing Details
     All of our products must pass through our product quality control system.
    1. IQC (inspection)
      The moment we receive materials from our suppliers, they are put through rigorous checks by our engineers and inspectors. Materials are labeled either "acceptable" and added to our stock, or "rejected" and returned to the vendor.
    2. IPQC
      After materials are received, they must pass QC tests at all stages of the production process before products are finished and packed.
